To prevent flight accidents due to human error, highly efficient procedures and codes of conduct have been developed in aviation.

Many of these, particularly in the areas of communication, team building and decision making, can also be applied very well and profitably outside of aviation.


Reto Seipel, a former military pilot, A340 Captain with Edelweiss Air and Sim Flight instructor, specialises in imparting this valuable know-how.

Alone, or supported by other experienced captains, he offers exciting courses and seminars that you won't find anywhere else in this form.

These involve, in addition to imparting theory, above all the practical application of what has been learned in our flight simulators.

Formation flying – Basics and training

Reto Seipel has also developed a course on the PC7 simulator especially for private pilots, in which the principles of safe flying in formation can be learnt and practised.
